Inadown Farm Holiday Homes consists of five well-presented holiday homes designed to offer a retreat for the busy city dweller within an hour of London in one of the most beautiful parts of the South Downs National Park.

The holiday homes, built in a new modern design are on the site of a former granary in a stable yard and are named after some of our fields which stretch towards the nearby South Downs. They have between one and three bedrooms; some are interconnecting making them up to four bedrooms, perfect for larger groups or families. The living space is contained within a traditional Hampshire Clapper Board Barn exterior.

Each of the homes have been furnished and equipped with your comfort and convenience in mind and all have wifi and cable broad band. There are outdoor seating areas in the shared and paved courtyard with garden furniture. One of the three bedroom homes, Middledown, has a disabled shower room on the ground floor with wheelchair access. We have been awarded a 4* rating by Visit Britain and we welcome cyclists, those with limited mobility and walkers to Inadown.

The adjacent Inadown Farm Riding school and stables offer something for everyone. Riders of all abilities and non-riders are welcome. We can set up riding instruction tailored to your requirements mid-week or children may be able to join our courses arranged during the school holidays.

There are many opportunities for walking, cycling and riding in the immediate vicinity of Selborne and Newton Valence as well as the South Downs National Park and the attractions of the historical Dockyard at Portsmouth.

The beaches at Wittering and Hayling Island are within easy reach. There are many other activities in the area such as Gliding at Lasham, Racing at Goodwood, the Chichester theatre, Jane Austen literary events at Chawton House, Polo at Cowdray Park, Opera at the Grange, Cricket at the Rose Bowl Southampton and at Guildford.

Nearby, the Queen Elizabeth Country Park with its Iron Age Village, visitor centre, walks and cycle tracks makes for a great day out. As does a visit to the Cathedral and Intech at Winchester, the Watercress Line from Alton to Alresford and the steam engine workshop at Ropley. Good gardens and National Trust properties are also nearby. For those interested in the flora and fauna, nearby Selborne and Selborne common (National Trust) will be of great interest for this is where Gilbert White wrote the" Natural History of Selborne" one of the first systematic observations of the natural world.
